We received this letter recently: The MasterQ software program for quotation preparation is the most complete program I have seen for small to medium size companies. The program normally works on top of the company’s other control software programs. The program is the easiest to use with the most information maintained at the hands of the person making the quotations of any program I have encountered. The ability to keep track of all quotations to a company, keeping track of orders, people making the purchase orders, contacts, connecting to other divisions of the same company and prices for the product are extensive. In addition, you can have standard types of information available to put on a quotation, and any specific statements for a company are in the data base, insuring the best possible quotation with very little work by the person making the quotations. I do consulting for small to medium companies and have worked in several different industries for over 40 years and this is the best program I have encountered during this time for preparing quotations and keeping accurate information on each quotation and contacts with the customers.
