We believe that Wild Seafood is both safer and better than the farm raised seafood that is becoming very common in the market place. We believe that Wild Seafood is both safer and better than the farm raised seafood that is becoming very common in the market place. We believe in traditional methods using small artesinal vessels that provide us with the best of the best, you won't find chemical additives or food coloring in our products to change the appearance; we let mother nature take its course. We specialize in seafood taken from the Humboldt current that is flown in fresh and made available to the local market in the US. The product coming from the Humboldt current is sweeter in taste due to the much colder nutrient rich water. We are happy to announce that we will be adding Gulf Seafood to our product list in Fall of 2013.
