, buyer beware Please stay away from this company, don't let their fancy show room fool ya like they did us. Their subs are unreliable, unprofessional , and unskilled . They have given us nothing but heart ache and unneeded stress . They had several issues on my father in-laws house and Jeremy Pierce said he was taking over and this would not re-occur . Well he was right it's was 10 times worse .The list is long but these are the major ones . Our kitchen sink fell out of our granite one morning , and a bathroom sink was on its way this was 3 months after moving in . Their tile and flooring subs are subpar and must live by the words "fake it till you make it". Since day one with tile we have had issues . They dropped a 11x18 inch tile on a new bathtub and denied it until we showed them the tile fit perfectly into the ½ inch deep gouge . They installed the incorrect thin set which led to our accent tile cracking . Jeremy denied it several times stating "it was a manufacture defect" . After the 3rd time the repair guy came out and told us it was the wrong thin set used.So they decided that demoing the 3 completed bathrooms in my finished home we were living in was the only true fix . 3 months later 95% of the tile was changed,the last 5% was to hard to change , so they did not say anything hoping we would not catch it . so we will hope it does not crack . My master tub was damaged on the demo and they denied damaging it , they were just going to stay quite and hope no one saw it .They continued to put us on the back burner and were upset everytime they had to come back out to try to do the job correctly . Alicia Allen was our new contact and all she could say is" sorry and we stand behind our work ","we take pride in our work " . This is clearly not the case because everytime their installer would leave our house it was a disaster . They treated our house like it was still under construction . Black dust was everywhere , tracked through the house on the wall and we had to throw a bed spread away because it was so bad . And all we got was a "sorry for the inconvenience " Robert Nilsson came out to inspect the poor work and was more upset that they lost money on this job . Instead of worried about having it done right the 1st time and never coming back .. I will attach pictures to see there horrible work and don't let them touch your floors this is their " best product" they can deliver ... this is a custom home not a cheap track home . They made the Experience dreadful.They need to be stopped and I will let anyone and everyone know how bad they really are .But at least I got a $32 gift basket with stale Crackers to show how "sorry " they really were ... so do your self a favor and steer clear of this company .
