To Whom it may concern, We have been using Meritage Technologies Pixel Point POS for over a year now. After using many different types of POS systems and compared to the last system we used, Pixel Point, by Meritage Technologies has definitely been a positive experience and an upgrade. The ease of use and programming is amazing. The system has numerous great features is that it was compatible with our current hardware that we already had. We had serious issues with our last POS company as far as customer service goes. Meritage has been absolutely amazing with any question or help that we have asked for. They are quick to respond to any emails, and there is always someone there when we call. They are also willing to come to the restaurant when needed to show us how to do things if necessary. They system covers a wide range of uses including: scheduling, numerous customization reports, seating and reservation system and inventory programs along with the standard uses of a POS system.
