Brenda is great with Deep Tissue massage. She helped me relax after a stressful week, and really worked out my sore shoulder, shich always is causing me pain!

I had a massage by Brenda to treat stress and a soar back I went in all stressed out from a very busy work life filled with stress and a aching back and neck. I have been getting regular chiropractic adjustments with some success but after incorporating a hour massage I was falling a sleep on the table so relaxed. I had also scheduled a chiropractor visit right after my massage. My chiropractor checked my blood pressure before my adjustment. Finding my BP the lowest its ever been she asked me if I was on blood pressure pills. I told her no I was not then she wanted to know who gave my massage. As she offers that service to her clientele and I'm sure was very intrigued. I am finding even a day latter I am more relaxed and able to deal with the day to day stress of life. Thank you Brenda
