I bought a remanufactured engine from Rick Diament at Elite Auto. they also installed the engine. It was finally returned after 2 months with the engine light on, the AC not working and the coolant level low. It cost ~$1700 at the dealership to correct the problem. The engine came with a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty that Elite will not honor. At ~6000 miles/5months the engine has developed an oil leak in the valve cover and the timing cover. It also has a coolant leak in the new water pump. The cost to repair the engine is $4901 from the dealership. Rick will not answer any emails. These guys should not be trusted. We are being forced to file suit.
