We had a flooding situation from the washing machine, just a day after a problem with the filter (which was an adventure to clean). Louis came out and took care of the problem, helped me with the drainage hose for the filter, and even went above and beyond by getting the oven door apart so I could clean some ugly streaks that were embedded between the layers of glass (and that had been driving me kind of crazy as I kept trying to clean them from the outside and inside of the door with no success - I'm house sitting). He did all this with good humor, efficiency, offered other input on a few kitchen issues, and was overall superb to work with.
