This is just the most amazing business and people! I could never say enough good things about Matt and his staff. They truly care about people. It's not always about the money. They will go above and beyond to help you if they can. My husband passed away in May of this year (2022). He left behind me and our two young sons. My youngest is 10 and my oldest is 14 and has autism. My husband had a loan on his car from there. I called to see what I needed to do. They told me not to worry that my husband had insurance to pay off the loan in case of his death. I just needed to bring them the death certificate, which I did. I won't go into all the details but they made sure the car was paid for. They also went the extra mile, I'm sure they didn't have to, to help me and my boys. They took me out of a really bad financial situation to a place where me and the boys could grieve their daddy and not worry about money. It happened because they care about people. I will never be able to thank them enough for what they did for me and my children!

Best experience I have ever had when it comes to borrowing money, bar none. Everyone probably has a time in their life when they need money and they feel they have no where to turn. Eagle Finance in Richmond, KY is the place to go. I have felt judged and looked down on when I have tried banks and other lending institutions. You get none of that here. Matt and his staff honestly treat you like you are an old friend they haven't seen in a long time. I had a problem with my credit that I know disqualified me from getting a loan at other places, because I had tried other places and was turned down. It was no problem at all at Eagle Finance in Richmond. Matt saw a solution to my problem in just a moment, and it was nothing that put more burden on me. These people do honestly treat you with respect as a person who just happens to need a little help financially. They do not look at you as a low credit score. I especially liked how they engage you in normal, everyday conversation. That puts you at ease quickly and makes you feel comfortable because they are not just talking to pass the time with you. They honestly enjoy the conversation with you and that is easy to tell. You will not go wrong by going to Eagle Finance in Richmond, Kentucky. I plan to go there again if ever I need money or have a financial problem. Trust me, you want to know Matt and his staff if you ever have money problems and find yourself in dire straits. They will help you. Great place to borrow money.
