My daughter needs braces badly and my dentist highly recommended Dr. Chang, so we scheduled a consultation appointment although there are other orthodontic offices closer to home. We were greeted by friendly staff and seen right away. Dr. Chang was very warm and took time to explain everything to me and my daughter. We had been to two other orthodontists' offices for consultations, but she and her office made us feel the most comfortable. We really liked her and decided to start treatment with her on the same day. She surprised us by calling to check on my daughter in the evening of the day that she put the braces on. Now my daughter has been wearing braces for a few months, and we can't be happier with her office. Dr. Chang really cares about us and makes us feel like we are the most important patient and parent in her office.
