I am very pleased with the results and would definitely use them again when i need a solid Portland carpet cleaner service. We just moved into our new home in Hillsboro Oregon; and the floors were past due for a deep-cleaning. Barney came out for an estimate. He was punctual, professional, and practical - meaning on time, efficiently, got down to business, like a Carpet cleaner in Portland should, (measuring and evaluating area to be clean), and didn't attempt to pad the estimate. The Hillsboro, Oregon home is large and sometimes providers will use that to overcharge. So, I already had a budget "in mind"... and he met it! So, I scheduled my Portland carpet cleaners services. On tile cleaning day, Barney arrived right on time and got to work. He ended up cleaning the tile twice because he wanted to insure that I was completely satisfied. I was...the floor was immaculate. AND, the price did not change!!!! I haven't had to work as hard to clean it since. I always, discreetly observe when I have a new provider/stranger in my Portland, Oregon home just on 'general principle'. When Barney came to clean the carpet, I was more relaxed. I didn't feel the need to make sure ' I was gettting what I paid for'. He came in with the same work ethic and provided excellent service. On top of all of this, Barney called back a few days after each service to see if I had any issues/concerns. After this experience, I'm sold on The Barney's Pro Kleen Carpet Cleaner system

Their price was high but they did an excellent job though. I thought the feedback that I saw was good and I did not have time to have somebody not do it right. I needed a Portland carpet cleaner that I could rely on at the first time and not have to bring them back out or have somebody else come out and fix whatever was not done correctly. I don’t really think there was anything they could have improved on. I had couple of spots for my dog had fallen sick and whatever he had eaten had red dye in it, they got that out of the carpet. There were some heavy traffic areas that they were pretty much able to resolve. They did a good job. I think it was little bit more than an average person would be willing to pay. Again, if you want it done right and you don’t want to worry about having it redone after the first Portland carpet cleaning company doesn't do a great job. I think it was a long drying time. But overall, they retract the carpets and afterwards they were almost brand new again. My carpets were almost four years ago. In terms of price, I think they were a little over priced but it was not horrible.
