This thank you is a long time in coming, although we told you over and over how much we appreciate your help and guidance in this 3 year ordeal I wanted to write you as well. It is all finally over having received the final payment. The insurance company really kept us going after you finished the appraisal withholding funds. We have finally settled with them and hopefully we will be starting repairs in the spring.
