Vendor was asked to put up our rather extensive outside decorations 'just before Thanksgiving'. They instead showed up and installed NOVEMBER 1 ! Embarrassing. We asked them to come back and at least take the wreaths temporarily down until at Thanksgiving. Request was ignored. I'd also add that the owners do this as a side business as they 'galavant' around the world and live in another state. One can never get service or action except during a very small window when they are local and actually choose to work. Thumbs down!
