Our mission is to eliminate or minimize our clients' time in prison by offering sentencing judges viable & sensible alternatives to incarceration. When a prison term is clearly unavoidable, every possible avenue is explored in an effort to minimize jail time. With over 30 years of experience in the criminal justice system, Kent Costley’s integrity and professional credibility with the Federal Court is firmly established, both locally and nationally. Kent is thoroughly versed in the full spectrum of federal crimes, including corporate and military offenses. He offers his clients and their attorneys a reliable, thorough and tested knowledge of the Federal Criminal Justice System, including a comprehensive understanding of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, appellate law and the provisions of 18 USC 3553(a) as they apply to sentence reduction.
