Horrible Experience at North Miami Branch. The kid who calls himself the manager Louis, completely disrespectful and unprofessional and he doesn't deserve to be in business. Ordered glasses and a prescription on the 28th order still has an arrived and it's the 10th, they refused to refund. They will take your money OK but forget about it if you want a refund. They offer no protection no customer service and zero professionalism. Stay away from this place
