ONE & ONLY GARAGE DOOR 855-366-7041 This company operates under lots of different business names. If you search for the phone number I included below, you will see this. BEWARE! I called 24/7 Garage Door & Electric Gate at (951) 297-7622 for two reasons. First, I just purchased a property and I wanted to have the gate opener gone through and lubricated, even though it seemed to be working fine. Furthermore, I wanted to have an external keypad installed. Brittany was very kind on our phone call and said she could have a technician out later that same day between 2:00 and 4:00. She also said the tech would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. So far, so good. I received a call just after 2:00 from someone named Raphael who was very hard to understand. Honestly, I thought it was another "energy company" telemarketer and I almost hung up. He said he was already at my building and asked me what kind of service I wanted. This added to the confusion since I already told Brittany exactly what I wanted. Finally Raphael convinced me that he was indeed that gate repairmen who was supposed to show up. He was trying to give me a quote on the work to be done and after asking him to repeat himself several times, I could only make out the last half of the price which was "fifty." Thinking about the work to be done (a tuneup and a $40 transmitter), I assumed Rahael was saying either $150 or $250. I was ok with $250, so I gave Raphael verbal permission to do the work. He tried to charge me $795!

RIP OFFS! Do not give them a credit card number ever. They are known for making additional charges without signed authorization
