I've been a customer with Mr. Johnson (Al) for several years now. Mr. Johnson has been nothing but a gentleman and has provided up-and -above the normal service for me and my gate issues at our ranch. His knowledge of gate installations and gate opening devices is Superior, along with his mild mannered approach to correct obvious home owner blunders as far as DIY gate installments? Al has never..............ever demonstrated a bad attitude about servicing my gate issues over the period of time that I have had the pleasure to have done business with him and has company!!!! I recently had an issue with my front gate on our ranch, I called him about the problem, and he was here within 2 hrs. to fix my gate! He also took time to do some basic PM needs to my gate as a courtesy to me!! So....if you don't know how to install a gate or any devices that open and close the gate. Don't attempt to do the install of these things if you don't know what your doing! and expect Mr. Johnson to come out and fix something your bluddered with and expect not to be charged for his services!! He has to pay the bills and eat too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paid Albert Johnson of Johnson Gate Opener to install an automtic gate opener and exit wand at our residence. He installed the gate and it had issues working properly from the get go. Mr. Johnson came out twice to fix the gate telling us we needed to get bigger batteries & install them to see if that would help the solar panel. We were charged service calls when he came out to try and fix the gate. Nothing he told us to do worked and he would not come back out and figure out why it never worked. When we paid him we paid with credit card and personal check. We were able to recover some money from the credit card company as they investigated and agreed to reverse the charges. We lost what we paid by check. The gate still does NOT work and never has! Mr. Johnson told us he was not obligated to come back and service the gate he installed. I would not recommend or use this company ever again. Buyer beware!
