THE COMPANY MARGAAA (also referred to as ‘the Company’) was founded by, Moe Mardani in 1999. Originally as US Carpet Care and also Us Building System Which was a General Contracting Firm. The Company provided carpet and Upholstery cleaning services to the Northern Virginia, Maryland and DC areas and the contracting firm dealt with bigger projects like building single family homes and remodeling projects such as 5 Embassies in Washington DC embassy Row. Starting the business from a basement and garage spaces, After the incorporation of the company, MARGAAA expanded its services beyond carpet cleaning to add loss mitigation and property damage restoration work, which allowed the Company to offer new and specialized types of services to its clientele base. In 2012, The Family Came together and merged both the construction company and the carpet cleaning company. Therefore, Moe, His Wife & His Son Reza embarked on a mission to create a new brand – MARGAAA. MARGAAA aims to raise brand awareness and recognition in the Property Restoration, Clean up and Construction fields & also Home Services. The Name Margaaa Comes from the combination of our last name Mardani and the AAA stands for the quality of service we provide to our clients. The Company is headquartered in Lorton, Virginia an serves the Greater Metropolitan area within Virginia, Washington, D.C, and Maryland. MARGAAA currently positions itself as one of the Region’s leaders within the market for services including Emergency Property Damage Restoration Services and assisting property owners, renters, and businesses overcome setbacks caused by water and fire damage or Mold. We also offer other services such as Carpet, Oriental rug cleaning, Remodeling Services and much more… THE OWNER Manouchehr "Moe" Mardani – Co‐Founder & Chief Operating Officer After graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy and serving 12 years as a fighter pilot, Moe was honorably discharged and entered into the construction and development industry. His interest and business acumen soon had him bidding, coordinating and overseeing the construction of multi‐million Dollar villas off the Caspian Sea. He expanded into the public sector and was well known for the quality of work and his ability to meet deadlines. In 1994, facing political unrest and an uncertain economy in his home country Iran, Moe made the decision to return to the U.S. with his family. In 1999, along with his son, Reza Mardani.
