Staff was noncommunicative. I arrived 15 minutes early to a DEAD office - almost nobody. Still waited 30 mins AFTER my appt. When I queried the front desk it was "because of an insurance check", but nobody informed me until I asked, they just made me wait. That was UNcomfortable. I asked questions to Dr. Canfield after having to wait more time while he researched treatment prices. I googled questions to ask and when I began he immediatlely made me feel uncomfortable and at one point argued with me about whether I felt pain. That was UNcomfortable. I immediately lost trust in him and the entire practice. As I was leaving, I was given a RX for Amoxicillin. I asked the front desk if they could send to a local pharmacy, as due to the time now because of my wait I would not make it in time to deliver in person. I was told, "you're gonna wanna take it yourself." When I got home I asked on the Google listing whether this was service and was Told by Laura Wood that indeed it was, in most cases, except for controlled substances (which Amoxicillin is NOT). My personal belief is that the worker did not do this because I had asked about what was taking and so long, and at the end had asked for a 2nd opinion due to the distrust I had earned for the Dr.
