Transcend Security Solutions is Arizona’s fastest growing private security company - providing an array of solutions to a variety of vertical markets. Transcend Security Solutions offers a variety of security protection services including uniformed guarding services, temporary services, alarm & incident response services, patrol services, and security technologies to a variety of vertical markets. Transcend Security provides these services to businesses, communities, and industries with a specialized approach that is geared towards each vertical market, and individual client specifically. We have invested significant resources in the hiring, training, and retaining of our security professionals, so that in the end, we are able to deliver to our clientele the highest quality security solution in the market. Likewise, these investments empower our professionals with a better understanding of the specialized needs of the industry they provide security to. Our Mission Statement guides us in everything we do - "To provide a level of service that transcends good work, and discovers the tremendous experience of doing great work." Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Transcend Security was created because the Founders saw first-hand, the significant gaps, weaknesses, and inadequacies, in terms of competence, professionalism, efficiency, and lack of commitment within the security industry as a whole. And because of these shortfalls, and their desire to change the industry, the Transcend Culture was devised. A culture where the nucleus of our operational ecosystem will always be the quality of our security professionals. And because our officers are on the “frontlines” of the business, they have more daily interaction with our clientele than does management. Consequently, utilizing additional resources in order to hire, train, and retain superior security professionals, is unquestionably the lifeblood to the ultimate successful outcome for our clients security needs. The definition of Transcend - “to go beyond the ordinary,” mirrors the Company’s vision as to how a service provider should operate. The Company believes that by staying true to this vision, and combining Manpower, Technology and Innovation, their employee-centric strategy will separate Transcend Security from its competitors. And while our Mission Statement guides us on critical operational processes, our Vision Statement shapes our understanding on why we are doing what we are doing, "Our responsibility is to continually improve all aspects of the security world in which we operate - by constantly focusing on today, while keeping a keen eye on tomorrow.
