Do not use them. ExtraOrdinarilyClean (Wendylyn is the manager name) never return deposit. They (her name is Wendylyn) manage rental vacation houses and I used one of them for 12/20/2014~12/23/2014. At first I book them via Airbnb, but right after I book they cancelled it and ask me to use paypal. I research their reputation and thought paypal is safe enough since they have a public business, ExtraOrdinarilyClean. So I sent my money over PayPal. The problem is they never send back my deposit, $100. They told me $100 deposit is fully refundable, but it already passed 3 weeks and they never answer the phone. Today I called them using my work phone and she, Wendylyn, answered my call, but after several words conversation, she said "I cannot hear anything" and hung up the phone. Wendylyn owns her business, but they cheat people if they can, so be aware of it.
