Dr. Polley has extensive experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery for both children and adults. Dr. Polley received both his undergraduate and medical degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, and completed his plastic surgery residency at Butterworth Hospital (Spectrum) in Grand Rapids, Michigan. To further his level of training and expertise, he completed three fellowships – two in craniomaxillofacial surgery: the first at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan; and the second, at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The third fellowship in aesthetic surgery was completed at Baptist Hospital in Nashville Tennessee. Dr. Polley also completed additional training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and at Brooke Army Hospital in San Antonio, Texas.
