Worked for this company as an independent sales person at a set amount per week for 1 year + 3% commission. Worked out of state, away from my family chasing a hail storm. 3+ inch hail. Said they had guys to come out so quality would be there. Once there I asked for a Nebraska phone number because on the 20+ jobs we had started out, people were wondering about the out of state area code. Incase not granted a new number. Then people started to cancel because they were realizing we were out of state and wanted to go local. Then I was told that I had to find guys out in Nebraska to do the work. Also, I had to order my own materials, schedule the jobs, oversee the jobs, supplement the jobs, pick up extra material and invoice all the jobs. I got back home late September and when I sent the last invoice out I was called and told that I couldn't be paid anymore because winter is coming. It is February 22nd and I called about my 3% and they said they wouldn't pay me. Then they accused me of making hail damage on aluminum siding (which there was no aluminum siding) in a 3+ inch hail storm as if that would be needed anyway. When i explained to him that i dont do this he said "I have a letter". This company uses poor quality subcontractors, has no leadership except on how to squeeze 2 penny's together, but they do a great job of making it seem like they care. If you have work done by them then check you property because the last job I did with them in Geneva I spent an hour & a half picking up nails left in the driveway and around the property. Beware.
