All clients complete a FREE consultation with the trainer and then a full and complete fitness assessment which will let us know where we are starting and help us set realistic goals to reach for. Programs are offered in multiple durations allowing great flexibility to help you be able to stick with it. Programs are client-tailored in as much as they are based on exercises that will get you to your goal and you will be capable of doing them no matter if you are a novice when it comes to working out or a long-time fitness buff.
