just purchased a replacement part for my lock as it worked at first but now I have had nothing but issues .It Christmas Eve and camping in the military base nothing worked no one could get the lock to open .My military service dog Freedom and I were freezing .I am diabetic my meds were in my camper .Several men had to actually break into my camper ,my friend had to get her neighbor to crawl through the compartment and open my lock which took 5 minutes as it was stuck .I am a 100% Disabled Vetetan it’s christmas and we were stuck .I do not trust this lock anymore for our safety .Every part of this lock failed .Anothrt camper said he had similar issues .I am out of money ,the lock is out of warrienty and my safety is now at risk .My heart is broken .I now have damages to repair Merry Christmas 🎄!!
