Do not use this company! I own a mobile RV repair business. Ordered an awning for a couple who had their awning destroyed in a storm. Insurance paid for the repair. Received the awning and it was installed. Then realized it could not be used because it was assembled incorrectly at the factory and the release would not work. Called customer service. Asked how to correct the issue. Customer service said there is nothing they can do because it’s already installed and it’s my fault. What did I do wrong, and how do I fix it? No answer, but it’s my fault. In the meantime the customer has decided to leave this weekend. No one can say how to fix it or what I did wrong. Just said that since it’s already installed there is nothing they can do. I can ship it back they said, but it would be very expensive and must be insured. Just tell me how to fix it.... but they can’t. Only thing they can say is that it’s my fault.... but can’t tell me what.
