Mr. McGinnis does not finish what he starts! Garage floor was done incorrectly and he is ignoring my calls and messages. Do not use this company!!!!

McGinnis provided us with a comprehensive estimate for concrete work. He completed part of it but not all of it. Unfortunately, we trusted him (foolishly) and paid for the full amount when he completed part of the work. That was in September. We have contacted him numerous times, and despite his "promise" that he would complete the work, he has not. He now ignores our calls. I have to agree with the previous review - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner is not reputable.
