I would not do business with Duane. I had a camera he worked on and it worked for 75 photos. I paid $1,000 for the repair. He said he would find another part for it but every time I tried to contact him for 6 months he did not respond to my phone calls. He does not warranty his work or products. I would go somewhere else!!!!

Disgraceful. I bought a pre-owned OPD Scan from Dwayne Podgurski supposedly in perfect working condition (after he replaced a damaged chin rest himself) and with full 1 year warranty. On arrival, the chin rest cover was partially detached with a broken clip. Also, the chin rest was wobbly and the forehead strap was missing. I spent several hours ordering the forehead strap and installing it myself which was disappointing but I didn't make a big deal about it. The chin rest stopped working completely within days of arrival. I inspected, and found that the wobble was because Dwayne neglected to place 2 key screws when he replaced the chin rest and the sensor was now broken. Dwayne asked me to call Marco. They quoted the cost of repair as $1,700. I called Dwayne to check if he was okay with the cost, and he and promised he would pay the full price of the repair. Now, after the repair, he denies his promise and claims he offered only $600. He has also become unreachable (was hard to reach to begin with).
