Not sure where all these positive reviews are coming from. Maybe written by friends of theirs. Appt time was 12-2 this past Saturday. At 2:30 I called lowes to try and find out where they were bc the A1 office was not open on Saturday to assist. After much back and forth with lowes, the A1 tech finally called and said he'd be another hour. So, they were TWO full hours late and as a result they screwed up all my evening plans. I would not use them or lowes for that matter.
