I hire Robert Patterson Concrete Contractor LLC in Molino Florida to pour a concrete slab (driveway) on the side of my house (February, 2020). Two months later (April, 2020) the concrete was crack everywhere, I mean everywhere. Call him, went he came say that never happens before, but that he only warranty the labor and not the concrete the job. There is nothing that he can do about it. Yes that what he say. I check the invoice with the concrete company that he use and find out that he add it an incredible amount of water to the mix and not even put joins on it. I seems to be a very nice person when I was getting the quote, but a totally difference one he get the down payment with the contract Well I end up with a 47' X 18' concrete driveway crack all over. I you decide to go with him, make sure to have in the contract the warranty for the job and concrete not just the labor. Would not ever recommend Robert Patterson Concrete Contractor LLC.
