The goal of the company is to provide a reliable appraisal service that is capable of efficiently producing credible appraisals. C-Prime consists of its founder Tom Siegel and there are currently no other employees. Mr. Siegel has worked as a real estate appraiser for the past 9 years and has focused on commercial real estate valuation for the past 7 years under Marc Goulet, MAI at Goulet & Associates, Inc. located in Lewiston, Maine. Mr. Siegel holds a Certified General Real Property Appraisal License in the State of Maine.
