The mission of Bluegrass Educational Services and Tutoring is to provide a nurturing environment where learners can discover learning strategies that will enable them to succeed in educational pursuits. At B.E.S.T students will learn to become independent learners through an educational therapeutic process of identifying positive, productive learning strategies and learning to use those strategies in the classroom.
