I hired Adam Green and his team from Crosstown Engineering to provide structural engineering home inspections for my pier and beam home in Dallas. He was courteous, knowledgeable and provided a well written engineering report and was $50 less than the other engineers I called. It turns out that the cracks in my wall were due to a construction flaw and not active soils or settlement. All of the contractors that looked at the house told me I needed upwards of $7,000 in repair work. I would recommend Adam and Crosstown for any other engineering project. Thanks Adam!
