Our fleet of rapid prototyping platforms includes many technologies, making it possible to make parts in several different materials: - Fused-Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D Printers: Includes two desktop printers (for design conceptualization) and a high-accuracy Stratasys© Fortus™ series printer for final prototypes. Sympateco 3D printers are also fully capable of producing ABS, PLA, and flexible polyurethane rubber parts. - Water Jet Cutting: Our large platform water jet cutter allows us to cut prototype blanks from sheets and plates of almost any material (i.e. metal, polymers, gasket materials, etc.). Additionally, Sympateco 3D has sheet metal forming capabilities which can take 2D waterjet products and make them 3D. -Welding: Allows us to take component pieces from water jet cutting to make them into finished, production grade parts.
