I called the company and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. They then provided me with times available, and I was able to schedule a time that worked best for me. The technician who came to my home was very friendly and respectable, he did a full inspection, and advised what the problem was. The door then was fixed professionally, and tested for stability. I appreciate the time and expertise they used, even though the job was done quickly, it was done properly.
