Savvy Design is locally owned in Topeka, Kansas Here at Savvy Design, we are family. My sister and I decided to open this salon together! We both have families and understand that its not always easy to get into the salon, kid free and/or at a reasonable price. We wanted to make it comfortable and affordable for the whole family to come together. Leaving the salon with a new hairdo is an indescribable feeling that we all love! There is no reason you should have to spend your life savings for quality service!
