Daniel came in as scheduled and arrived on time. He was knowledgeable about our Windows Server 2012 R2 more than our in-house technician that built it. Our company acquired a virus that also encrypted our backups. Daniel fixed our system and had our company back online and our backups formatted and rebuilt. Professional and personable. Daniel was able to repair a laptop in our office that would not show any sign of life. This laptop contained the main backup of our company data. Daniel found the problem quickly (broken powerboard), found the replacement part locally and performed the repair in our office. We had our sensitive time critical data on this laptop this same day.
