BEWARE - Rick is very un-professional and incapable of doing this job. If you read the reviews on the Fibrenew website, they are all from "corporate" Fibrenew in other areas. None for the local franchise. I gave him boat seats to do in the spring and he brought them back to me in June, in pieces, and left them in my driveway saying he decided not to do it! Not only did he not finish the job, but I lost the use of my boat ALL summer! On top of that, the next business has to figure out how it all goes back together(which costs more) since he disassembled half of them. He managed to "re-dye" one of the seats, which means he sprayed it with a coating, and it looks worse that before I took it to him. It is full of pin-holes and overspray. And, he didn't even take it apart to spray it, so when you push the vinyl in, you can still see spots with the old color. I cannot say enough, STEER CLEAR from Rick Merchant and Fibrenew of Riverton, IL!!
