My 93 yr old Uncle was completely plowed in during the most recent snow storm. I contacted Matt with this text msg Hi Matt. This is Sue ****, Joe *********'s niece. I know you must be exhausted with all this snow, but I need you to plow a little bit more conscientiously at his home. The snow not only was pushed against his only front door but also his garage. He is a 93 yr old male and has medical problems. He in no way can shovel. I came for the first time in a month as I had covid. I am a 59 yr old female with asthma. I had to shovel that 4 ft of snow blocking the front of his door and the snow blocking the garage door. I put it maybe 4 -5 ft out. This was not easy for me at all. Please remove that snow. Also, He gets meals on wheels and they need to be able to get in each day. Not only this, an emergency vehicle or team could never get to him if there was an emergency. Maybe you didn't plow yourself and an employee did, but I needed to tell you this. As I said, I know that you were super busy last couple days as I live up in Central Square/hastings area so this snow isn't really new to me. If my son didn't live 65 miles away, near redfield, believe me he would help with plowing. ** This is Matt McClure response: I also can't pull a 4-5 ft drift with a snowplow it's a pickup, we are doing are best working around the clock if your not happy feel free to call someone else, I've been plowing for 15 years and you have to shovel some My response was:My son has a pickup and does pull snow he has to do it a couple times but it gets done! I KNOW you are exhausted. But understand what you did. Also, a little bit of shoveling is fine...and not a problem, but you cannot block in an entryway His response: I agree, But I didn't block it I pushed a 4 foot drift from in front of it so you didn't have to shovel so much, either way sorry I couldn't plow up to your standards but I got 170 other customers to take care of so You can find someone else and hopefully they can do a better job. My response to this was: If this is what you want that is fine. I did have to shovel in front of the door and the snow was blocking it. I had to shovel my way out of it 4 ft high. I am the one complaining for his safety reasons as he is the nicest person on earth and if he died in a fire bc he couldn't get out, I feel it would be my obligation to have said something prior to an accident. Its too bad you have done his lawn for a few years too that we will have to find someone else for that as well. Your customer service and satisfaction skill are horrendous.

Matt is a excellent owner. He is up front and honest. Performs the job on time and excellent work!!!! Had him install are lawn and driveway at are new home. Very good operator of heavy machines. We Look forward to many more project's with this business. Highly recommended
