Ruben Rodriguez with Blazin blue pools in Fort Worth is unreliable, untrustworthy, and unprofessional especially lacking in customer service. We paid upfront for 1 and 1/2 months of full service pool care. He came 2 weeks and when I expressed disappointment that he was not performing full service as agreed and paid to do, he did not return to fulfill the rest of the service term and did not return our money.
