Plumberologist was founded in 2004 by master plumber Randy Baldwin. In his 20+ years of plumbing, Randy noticed that plumbing companies were all the same, and they were all missing a crucial customer service piece. Randy decided to open Plumberologist in hopes that he could provide his home, Northern Virginia, with excellent workmanship and an elite level of genuine customer service, which would set him apart. 10 years later, Randy achieved just that.
