Barbara Whisenant is without a doubt, they best realtor in Carlsbad. Meaning she has the BEST negotiation skills to get you the BEST price possible, her knowledge of the area sets her apart from any other realtor and she is very easy and fun to work with.

Barbara Whisenant was the most reliable and knowledgeable agent that I have ever worked with. I highly recommend her for rentals or buying property. She always had a slew of options for me to look worse than an agent that stresses you out more than you already are, so working with Barbara was very comforting!

I had a real tough short sale that lasted over a year. The bank would say yes to the sale, the buyer would fall out, the bank would say no because of some obscure law they haven't followed in fifty years. Indy Mac would lose stuff all the time and was a complete nightmare. Barbara not only stayed with me when I bet most Realtors would have given up she fought for me with the banks when they were playing games. She is a solid Realtor who's work ethic is bar none. We finally got everyone to play with us and the condo was sold and out of my life. If not for Barbara I probably would have a foreclosure on my credit report, because I wanted to quit lot of times and before you say she just wanted the money. She made very little for almost two years’ worth a work, I think she just has pride to finish a job and see it through. If you choose Barbara you will get top notch out of this world service, good luck.
