Called with an A/C problem. Chad was very prompt. Figured out the problem, handled it, and even called later that night to make sure everything was ok. His bill was also fair. The guy treated me great.

i would stay away from using this company. they were called because the air conditioner was not working. charged $200 for a thermostat (cost is no more than $35) and the a/c worked a few hours and stopped. called repeatedly (more than 6 hour timespan I called 8 times) but they are too busy to come back to fix it properly and now they don't answer the phone because it's "after hours". the ad says open 24 hours but apparently that's not the truth either. completely unprofessional but they are very good at taking your money and not doing the job.
