CHI Payment Systems is a leading merchant services provider. We provide large and small businesses across the United States the ability to accept cred Our merchants have the ability to accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Acceptance of these cards by a merchant could account for 30% to 80% of gross revenue, and is critical for the survival and growth of every business. We are registered directly with these card associations so that we can provide our services to our merchants with some of the lowest rates and fees in the industry. We have a strong philosophy which includes three main objectives: 1. Personalized Customer Service. This includes the highest standard of availability for all of our merchants' needs and also the ongoing support of their accounts. 2. State-of-the-Art Technology. We offer our merchants the latest in payment processing solutions. In all aspects of the processing we perform, we strive to have the most convenient, up to date and easy to use payment processing methods available to all of our merchants. 3. Highest Ethical Standards. We believe in full disclosure of all terms on an agreement. We have zero tolerance for misrepresentation by our Agents. We also insist on a mutual respect for all our employees, representatives and merchants. If we can get you the best rates, we work with other banks and processing companies to find what works for you!
