My 86 yr. old mother went to get her tires rotated and to find a slow leak in one tire at Gate City because she previously purchased 4 tires there. She waited inside. A little later he told her he couldn't find a leak but he rotated them. She left & car notified her that a tire had low pressure. She went to another tire shop, they found a small nail but that tire was still on the same side & location before stopping at Gate City. He did NOT even rotate those tires. He lied to that precious 86 yr. old lady. She had to pay to have her tires rotated and getting the nail out. What a pathetic, low life!!
