I just want to recognize the hard work and genuine care that the technicians and staff at Sequoia displayed during our service. My technician arrived promptly, was professional, friendly, kind and compassionate. I was locked out of my car with my two young children after lost my key inside a Dailey’s Gas Station Store. It took the tech less then 5 minutes to get the car door unlocked, with absolutely no damages done to the door or lock it self . Gerald (my tech) kept his cool and continued to be very helpful and patient even after the job was done. We appreciated the service and will definitely use Sequoia Lock and Key again.
