Top Notch Roofing replaced my flat roof in 2018. Two years later water starts pouring into my home in three locations on my second floor. I tried to call the company since they offer a 10 year warranty of their work. After a month of calling, texting, emailing, Yelp, Google, etc., It was evident that they had no plans to honor the warranty. Due to the water damage my ceiling completed collapsed, causing over 30k in property damage. Yes, you read that correctly, 30k. My entire family was displaced for two months because my entire second floor had to be gutted and rebuilt. We spent Christmas in a hotel room. Also, that 30k price tag DOES NOT include the 10k that it cost to replace the roof using a different company. I have won a judgement against this company in both DC and VA courts, search for the owners name on the online court system if you do not believe me, William Ledbetter. What this man did to my home and family is criminal. I hope and pray that you don't let this company destroy your home as they did to mine. They will be nice in the beginning, then completely ghost you when everything falls apart. My experience is not unique. Just look up this company on Yelp and look at their one star reviews, they don't always show at the top of the page. There have been many many others who this company has also scammed.
