Not a good experience, this company offers services that they don't even provide. They actually do not even exist. We called they said they would pick up and deliver for free, they were not able to come to our facility to pick up but they did provide a UPS account number to ship against. We sent the tools and after a 1 week we called to find out if they were done. They claimed they were ready but need payment prior to shipping since we did not have an account yet. I had our accounting department cut a check and mailed it. After a couple days I called to find out if they shipped our tools and they claimed that they had not put them through the hardening process but that they would go out in a day or so. After waiting 2 more days the tools still did not arrive. We actually were about to have a company shut down so I figured I would just worry about the UPS package when we got back. We returned from shut down received all our packages from UPS and to my surprise no tools. I called Pro Machine Company but they did not pick up so I left a voicemail. I never received a call back 2 weeks of calling 2 -5 times per day, no one would answer the phone just voicemail. We actually sent one of our salesman to knock on their door and to our surprise the address they use is a UPS PO Box at what they claim is their shop. So at the end of the day we got beat by this company...They DO NOT EXIST DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

This guy is a scam artist. The real owner is Eddie Demetro, but he claims his names is Eddie Green. His website is a sham, just look at the links to other businesses who have never heard of him. He demands payment upfront, then steals your equipment and avoids returning phone calls. He's nothing but a con man, don't do business with this thief.

This business is a total scam, his real name is Ed Demetro, he lives at 12 Daytona Rd, Cherry hill nj 08034, he is a con artist, there is no shop in Haledon, NJ its a UPS store.he owes them thousands and they filed a police report. STAY CLEAR.
