If I could give this company a zero I would. The Customer Service I just received from an older male was beyond upsetting. I called to get a quote for a move and was asked if I had looked into the company rates or even if I had called around to get other quotes. Which I told him I did, & what opted me to look into this company was based off its affordable rates. This gentleman proceeded to Laugh Historically then told me I need to go unto the website and look at their rates. Then he proceeded to over talk me as I told him I was no longer interested in the company due to his aggressiveness and sarcasm. This gentleman made me feel very uncomfortable, as a single mother looking for a reputable company to help move. I am willing to pay for this service but honestly I’d beware, this was an eye opener. Please beware
