International Self Defense Institute is dedicated to instilling confidence and discipline in our students so that they can succeed both inside and outside our studio. We focus on several specific martial arts classes: Shaolin kempo and Shotokan karate. We also offer women's self defense classes and help students deal with issues such as bullying through non-violent self-defense.
