I contacted Res-Com Services about my roof and Mike came out the next day to inspect it. Already informed of the cost to replace from a few other estimates, I was more impressed when he informed me that I had some soft areas and should plan on replacing at least 4 sheets of plywood. This allowed me to budget more money needed to replace my roof. Best of all, his price was the lowest. Their crews started tearing off shingles early in the morning and completely installed a new roof in one day. It took another company 2 days to replace a smaller roof down the street from us. Very professional, clean, timely and personable.
